Team Membership Application Form

Team Wheel & Sprocket is a competitive bicycle racing team. We require competition in at
least seven races per year to be eligible for membership. We also require assistance at our
annual criterium in and at the Wheel & Sprocket Expo Sale in Milwaukee. If you are interested
in joining our team, please fill out the form below. Our membership committee will review your
application and contact you.
